Hmmm . . . dinner time

This is one meal that the toad won't get.  I need to learn how to shoot video with my new G9.  This spider moved very quickly to seize and wrap up it's catch.

To close for comfort . . .

This was a HUGE spider by the garage door.  I didn't want to get down on the ground to take his picture so I just held the camera close to the ground and snapped the shutter a few times having no clue if anything would come out or not.  I didn't want to get to close in case he decided to come my way.  I think he can move faster than me!
