Rain

Hail, yeah!

A few weeks ago we had a great storm.   Lots of wind, lightning, several inches of rain fell along with some hail.  We even lost power to the house for an hour or so.  Since then, we haven't had any rain.  We could surely use some but in moderation.

And the sky opened up . . .

One afternoon, while at work, the skies opened and the rain fell.

One of the streets at my work campus and some of the parking lots quickly flooded.

This is another parking lot on my way home.  Lots of fallen tree branches and leaves.
We received somewhere between 2 and 4 inches of rain, depending on whose rain gauge you want to believe.
