Following the plans of my daughter, I grew potatoes in a pot. This was my first attempt. If they taste ok, then I'll try it again next year.

so how do you grow them in a pot ?
i've done them in a garden with good results ( sweet taters), but not in a pot
I got the idea from my daughter. I used a Smart Pot that I got from the Gardener's catalog and German Butterball potatoes from the Seed Savers Exchange. I will definitely being growing them this way again next year. Just plant them and forget them until harvest time. Easiest crop I've ever planted!
