Like an American Express commercial

This caught my eye after seeing those American Express commercials where they show faces in inanimate objects.

I recently worked some gallery intern hours by putting together the signage for an upcoming show.

It's an alien

This is a close up shot of an alien I drew in Illustrator to go into my Flash project.  The alien is about 1/2" tall and will be animated to travel from the bottom left corner of the screen to the top right of the screen.

Bob found this guy warming himself on the driveway in the sun.  When I went to take his photo, he was shy and quickly wriggled away into the grass.  These were the only photos I was able to get of him.  We usually see snakes in the spring and summer.  I thought it was unusual to see such a little one at this time of the year.

Christmas Cactus

Without fail, this Christmas cactus blooms every year.  I bought it on a clearance sale for $0.99.
